Mac and Cheese and Mandarins at Salad Buffet

It’s always a treat to eat out. A recent trip to a salad buffet was a real good one. Wifey was satisfied. I was satisfied in that I didn’t stuff myself silly with too much hearty food items. And the toddler was quite happy with what he ate and got to do.

Wifey and I each ate a plate of salad. I helped myself to some extra goodies, like soup and dessert. The toddler ate quite a variety of healthy food items, and then ate a lot of macaroni and cheese. He then engaged in one of his favorite activities as of late – peeling mandarins. He peeled two of them, and I ate most if not all of them. Thanks for peeling!

Always Grateful,

~Hubby (aka Daddy)

  1. Dear Gratefulhubby,
Your site is beautiful, bright and playful. I very much enjoyed the family photos! And the Kimchi Jjiqae with the organic chicken sounds wonderful. I shall return again for another visit. Many thanks for sharing this with us.
