Hearty Breakfast and Creamy, Garlicky Leek Soup for Lunch

Wifey recently prepared an awesome morning meal of pancakes, breakfast sausages, grapefruit, and pineapples.

Wifey also made some amazing soup, which she called her “Creamy, Garlicky Leek Soup.” We got the leeks as part of a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) delivery that we recently signed up for. I had not known about CSAs, but wifey had known about them for quite some time. We’ve already received two deliveries of quite an assortment of vegetables and have been very happy with the service in terms of price and quality and variety of vegetables.

The following are some pics of wifey making her soup.

Her combination of leeks, onions, garlic, water, salt, and pepper produced one savory soup. Experiencing this soup was one of the many times that I felt truly fortunate to be wifey’s hubby.

Always Grateful,

~Hubby
