‘Butchers & The Mule’ Officially Open for Business

Last week marked the official opening of Butchers & The Mule, Chef Colby M. Reade’s latest culinary venture.

Butchers & The Mule operates out of the kitchen at The Beer Mule Bottle Shop + Pour House in Watsonville (45 Aviation Way), which celebrated its one-year anniversary early last month.

Their new, just-released menu consists of single-serving and family-style meals, as well as hot sandwiches and a nopales tostada.

Entrees include grilled tri-tip, whole roasted chicken, nopales fajitas and chili verde. Sandwiches include grilled tri-tip sandwich, herb-marinated grilled chicken thigh and ‘The Triple Threat Roast Pork.’
