Beer Dinner Featuring Santa Clara Valley Brewing and Hermitage Brewing Company
The South Bay’s newest brewing company, Santa Clara Valley Brewing, recently announced their first beer dinner event which takes place tonight, July 25, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at California Cafe Palo Alto (700 Welch Road). The food-and-beer pairing event is part of California Cafe’s ongoing Brewmasters Dinner series.
As a new brewery, Santa Clara Valley Brewing currently has two beers out in the market – their Electric Tower IPA and Peralta Porter. To round out the beers for the four-course dinner, Santa Clara Valley Brewing is joined by San Jose’s Hermitage Brewing Company. And yesterday, Hermitage Brewing released the menu for this decidedly South Bay-focused brewmasters dinner.
