Floodcraft Brewing Company Releases ‘Great Minds Drink Alike’ Hazy IPA

Floodcraft Brewing Company released its latest offering – Great Minds Drink Alike Hazy IPA – earlier this month.

It’s delicious, a highly aromatic Citra hops orange juice delight with very low bitterness and a soft, smooth mouthfeel.

Guy Cameron, brewmaster at Floodcraft Brewing Company, shared that he used a different expressive yeast for this new beer – following a previous stretch of hazy releases – and was particularly pleased with how Great Minds Drink Alike turned out.

Indeed, it’s my favorite offering coming out of Floodcraft Brewing Company so far, and that’s saying something as I’ve been a huge fan of a number of their previously released beers, including Inner Strength Hazy Double IPA and Curry for 3 Triple IPA.

I have a feeling it’s going to be one of those releases that doesn’t last long.

And Guy tells me that Great Minds Drink Alike is the first of several batches of different hazy IPA offerings using the different yeast to be released in the coming weeks. I can’t wait to try the others.
