Alexander’s Steakhouse in Cupertino Hosts Golden State Brewery Beer Dinner
A special beer-and-food pairing dinner is set for Thursday, Aug. 30 from 6pm to 8:30pm at Alexander’s Steakhouse in Cupertino (19379 Stevens Creek Blvd.).
The dinner features offerings from Santa Clara’s Golden State Brewery.
Seth Hendrickson, owner and head brewer of Golden State Brewery, will be on hand to introduce each pairing as well as answer any questions about the brewery.
Executive Chef Roger Lee has designed a five-course menu to complement each paired beer.

- Welcome beer cocktail and Small Bites
- 1st Course- Tai Snapper Sashimi; Mandarin Masago / Gochujang / Shiso; Paired with: Zest Siiiide – Lime and Sea Salt Lager
- 2nd Course- Baked King Crab Handroll; Tempura / Scallion / Dynamite; Paired with: NorCal Passion – Passion Fruit IPA
- 3rd Course- Duo of Chilean Seabass Slider & Wagyu Slider; Yuzu Kosho Tartar / Kings Hawaiian Roll / Camembert, Shitake / Truffle Sesame Aioli; Paired with: David Hazelhoff – Hazy DIPA & Hapa Bear Kettle Sour
- 4th Course- Braised Pork Belly with Apple Miso / Fennel Apple Slaw; Paired with: Golden Gate Red – Red Ale w/rye
- Dessert- Caramelized Honey Crème Brûlée; Calamansi / puff pastry / peach / creme fraiche; Paired with: Hibiscus Kolsch
The price of the dinner is $135 and includes a $27 service charge plus taxes and fees.
