I had the great honor of serving as a judge.

And we were charged with selecting the tastiest and most creative dish.

Ultimately, we selected the tacos from Araujo’s Mexican Grill – El Paisa. The sushi tacos from Akita Sushi were a very close runner-up.

Taco Takeover was simply a fun – and tasty – time out, and the location was excellent.

Can’t wait for next year’s Taco Takeover event.

Cheers! Prost! Gunbae!
