It was the proverbial ’embarrassment of riches.’

So much good, local beer in one place. With the brewers themselves often pouring their own beers and answering any questions about their respective offerings and brewery.

And as well organized as it is, it’s no wonder that the Opening Gala continues to rate so highly among the very best of beer festivals.
