Scenes from Boiler Maker Grand Opening Celebration

Congrats to Boiler Maker in downtown Campbell!

Boiler Maker officially opened earlier this month on April 11 at the former Liquid Bread Gastropub location (379 E. Campbell Ave.).

Andrea and I were fortunate to be able to attend for a little while to help celebrate the grand opening and enjoy several dishes and drinks.

2 Towns Ciderhouse Pacific Pineapple and Roasted Beet Salad.

House Cut Fries and Beer Cheese Sauce.

Barebottle Brewing Company Sleep Dust IPA and Deep Fried Bacon.

We also ordered Fever Tree Ginger Beer.

Plus Boiler Maker Chili.

Left to right: Ballast Point’s Kevin Leonard, Boiler Maker’s Jordan Trigg and Santa Clara Valley Brewing’s Brian Moore.

Jordan was very excited about Boiler Maker.

I’ve heard him mention it before, but he reiterated how what you see now at Boiler Maker is what he had always envisioned for the space – a fun, low-key spot to share tasty fare with friends and co-workers, while enjoying the offerings from the full bar featuring craft beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.

The ribbon cutting ceremony was a special highlight.

Boiler Maker general manager Rosanna Colella gets set to do the honors.

Boiler Maker looks to be an excellent addition to the burgeoning hub of restaurants and shops in downtown Campbell.

Tasty menu offerings. Great drink selections. Bright interior. Fun, mellow vibe.

Congrats again to Boiler Maker on the grand opening!

Cheers! Prost! Gunbae!
