Hermitage Brewing Company Wins Bronze at 2018 World Beer Cup for Three Tun Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
A hearty congratulations to San Jose’s Hermitage Brewing Company!
Hermitage won bronze – out of 190 entries – in the ‘Wood- and Barrel-Aged Strong Stout’ category for their Three Tun Barrel Aged Imperial Stout at this year’s World Beer Cup.
Brewer’s notes:
Three mash tuns full of grain are used for one kettle. This imperial stout is aged one year in bourbon barrels. 10.5% ABV.
It’s currently on tap and available in bottles as well.
