Scenes from Downtown San Jose Beerwalk 2019

We had such a good time, as always, at the recent downtown San Jose Beerwalk.

Andrea with Beerwalk co-founder Charlie Mann.

Bobby of Coronado Brewing Co. and Ruth poured Coronado Brewing Weekend Vibes IPA and Berried at Sea, brewed with raspberries, boysenberries and blackberries.

Anderson Valley Brewing Company Winter Solstice Season Ale, a winter warmer, and Cherry Gose.

As usual, High Water Brewing brought a stellar lineup:

High Water Brewing Central Valley Breakfast Sour and Passionately Peach Sour…

and Campfire Stout and Sugaree Maple Pecan Pie.

Seven Stills Brewery & Distillery Slo Flo Pils Czech Pilsner.

Poured by Seven Stills’ Brett.

Seven Stills Five Pounds Hazy IPA.

Virginia Vaughn of Original Pattern Brewing Company and Christian poured a number of offerings, including:

You Down with OPB IPA and Riz Czech Pilsner.

Discretion Brewing poured Red Mountain Blonde and Trip Trap Bock.

We met and chatted with a cool couple hailing from Michigan. They were first-time beerwalkers and were having a great time as well.

Ghost Town Brewing’s Jason and Derek poured Inhume West Coast IPA and Demonium Hazy IPA.

Hapa’s Brewing Company poured Amish Rifle Red Ale and The Cannery Kölsch.

Beerwalk co-founders Jordan Trigg and Charlie.

ManyFriends Brewing Company’s Vicki and Ted…

poured Pretty Purple Porter and Jefferson American Pale Ale.

Stone Brewing Company Fear.Movie.Lions Double IPA.

Andrea with Beerwalk event coordinator Rina Santoro.

Strike Brewing Company Phantom Call Hazy DIPA with Milk Sugar…

and Colossus of Clout Irish Style Red Ale, poured by Danny of Strike.

Again, we had such a good time tasting a number of new-to-us beers and learning about some of the new restaurants and businesses in downtown San Jose.

Can’t wait for the next Beerwalk!

Cheers! Prost! Gunbae!
