Il Fornaio Burlingame Presents Rombauer Vineyards Wine Dinner
Il Fornaio Burlingame (327 Lorton Ave.) is set to host its next special wine pairing dinner on Wednesday, March 27 starting at 6:30pm.
The five-course dinner will feature wines from Napa Valley’s Rombauer Vineyards.

- Trio di Pesce: Tuna tartare in sesame oil & soy dressing over taro root chips; grilled octopus in lemon dressing over spicy peperoncini & lemon frisée salad; & salmon sashimi marinated in lemon-orange dressing with micro arugula
- Paired with 2017 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

- Timballo di Melanzane: Eggplant timbale stuffed with Impossible beef ragu, béchamel, Grana Padano & fresh mozzarella
- Paired with 2016 Napa Valley Merlot

This special wine pairing dinner is $120 per guest, excluding tax and gratuity, and follows the very successful wine pairing dinner featuring Round Pond Estates that took place in January.
As with the previous pairing dinner, there will be live music throughout the evening.
