Scenes from Recently Opened Strike Brewing Company Campbell Taproom, Nov. 2019
I visited Strike Brewing Company’s new taproom in downtown Campbell (469 E. Campbell Ave.) earlier this month during their soft opening phase right before their official grand opening weekend celebration (Nov. 8 – 10).
I arrived a few minutes before the noon opening time and was greeted by taproom supervisor Daniel Swan.
Took some pictures.
Really liked seeing the photos of several of the Strike Brewing team on the walls.
I ordered a flight of:
- Rained Out Lager
- Haze on First? Hazy Pale Ale with Citra
- Cosmik Debris Hazy Double IPA (collaboration with Drake’s Brewing Company)
- Fall Ball Hazy Double IPA
Each was delicious.

I visited again about a couple of weeks later, arriving like the first time a few minutes before noon. I was glad that the doors were open, and once again Daniel was there providing excellent service.
I ordered another flight:
- Fear the Bier Schwarzbier (collaboration with Rock Bottom Campbell)
- Happy Holihaze Hazy Double IPA
- Five Layer Cake Birthday Cake Stout
- DH (2019) English Barleywine
Fear the Bier and Five Layer Cake were particular standouts for me that day.
I’m very happy for the folks at Strike Brewing Company, as the Campbell taproom is a great space – bright and inviting – with 16 taps offering up well-crafted beers of various styles.
Congrats, Strike, on the opening of the new taproom!
