Cider Summit SF 2021 Presents Virtual Tasting Festival Featuring Two Northern California Cider Kits

This year’s Cider Summit SF will feature a virtual tasting festival – in lieu of the annual in-personal festival at the Presidio in San Francisco – co-hosted by Cidercraft Magazine with musical performances and cidermakers on hand to share tasting notes. The virtual festival is set for April 17 from 6pm to 7:30pm.

“We’ve traditionally held our Cider Summit SF event in April at the Presidio Civil War Parade Ground,” shares Alan Shapiro, Cider Summit founder and producer. “Although the pandemic has changed the way events are operating, it’s still important to us to continue this tradition and celebrate our amazing cider community in a new and creative way.”

Two festival to-go selections are currently available for purchase through March 24:

Modern Cider Kit

The Modern Cider kit includes eight Northern California ciders, plus two Cider Summit 6-oz. glasses, access to the virtual tasting event, and promotional items from participating cideries.

Harvest Cider Kit

The Harvest Cider kit includes six Northern California ciders, plus two Cider Summit 6-oz. glasses, access to the virtual tasting event, and promotional items from participating cideries.

The tasting kits will be available for pickup on April 17 from 12 to 3pm at the following locations:

• San Jose: +$5 at The Cider Junction, 820 Willow Street, #100

Statewide and out-of-state delivery are also available for an additional charge.
