After one of our long morning hikes last month…

We stopped by nearby Rossotti’s Alpine Inn for an amazing post-hike meal.

Smoked Pulled Pork Tacos – Three smoked pork tacos, chipotle bbq sauce, chipotle aioli, pico de gallo, queso fresco, micro cilantro:

Crispy Brussels Sprouts – Sea salt, minced parsley, lemon, parmigiano reggiano, tzatziki:

The Santorini Greek Salad – Feta cheese, tomatoes, olives, red onion, English cucumbers, bell peppers, house vinaigrette & garden herbs:

Zotts Double Burger: Niman Raanch grass-fed Angus two 1/4 lb. patties, lettuce, secret sauce, tomato, brioche bun:

House Made Banana Pudding – Vanilla pudding, Nilla© wafers & ripe bananas:

Several days later, we went on another early morning hike, located near the previous hike.

Which meant that Alpine Inn was, again, nearby:

Zotts Meatballs and Burrata – Pork & beef meatballs, Grande Burrata,tomato sauce, arugula pesto, warm Acme herb focaccia:

Smoked Tri-Tip Sandwich – Slow smoked sliced, Certified Angus Beef Tri-Tip, griddled onions, horseradish cream, housemade bbq sauce:

BLAT – Thick-cut Applewood smoked bacon, little gem lettuce, arugula, mint, vine-ripened tomato, avocado, mayonnaise, dijon grain mustard, sliced sourdough:

Arugula, Zucchini & Shaved Fennel Salad – Corn, lemon vinaigrette, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese:

Spicy Purple Cabbage Slaw – Green onion, cilantro, Fresno chiles, cider vinaigrette:

Ice Cream Cookie Sundae – Double rainbow vanilla bean ice cream scoop, chocolate chip cookie, chocolate chip cookie crumb, and chocolate sauce:

Andrea had been to Alpine Inn many years ago and appreciated the changes to the restaurant. We all thoroughly enjoyed the excellent food, great service and the casual, airy vibe of the plentiful outdoor space.

Can’t wait to go back.
