2021 Oktoberfest Celebrations in and around San Jose and Silicon Valley

Enjoying a past Oktoberfest celebration at The Cider Junction.

(Updated Sep. 30, 2021)

Oktoberfest in Munich – which would have taken place this year from Sep. 18 to Oct. 3 – has been cancelled for the second straight year, and a number of local Oktoberfest events have followed suit for the second year in a row as well.

However, some local Oktoberfest-inspired events and celebrations are still set to take place in the coming weeks throughout San Jose and nearby, with opportunities to enjoy German and German-style beer and food in a festive atmosphere.

Below is a roundup of this year’s (mostly) local Oktoberfest events.

Prost!
